Meet our Team

Annabelle was born and raised in South Florida. She loves to soak up the sun and go paddleboarding in her spare time. She moved to Virginia to be closer to her fiance and to join our team. Annabelle enjoys helping our new patients with treatment to create their beautiful smiles.

Amy came to us from New Jersey. She has been working in the orthodontic field for over 3 years. When she’s not in the office, she’s at home reading her favorite books or planning her next trip to Disney World!

Sandra is originally from Miami, FL, but currently resides in Newports News. She is a proud mother of 4 teenagers, 3 boys and 1 girl. When she’s not working, you can find her dancing bachata at local concerts!

Natalie began working at Behl Orthodontics over seven years ago, and she has loved every minute of her time with the team! She says that there is nothing like the accomplishment of helping people achieve their best smile! When she’s not assisting in creating beautiful smiles with Dr. Behl, Natalie loves to spend time with her children and her grandson.

Jackie grew up and has lived her whole life in Norfolk, VA. She is the proud mom of four amazing kids! When she’s not serving patients, Jackie loves shopping, traveling, and spending time with her kids and daughter-in-law.

Anna was born a Georgia peach and has 10 years of experience working in the dental field. When she isn’t putting smiles on her patient’s faces, she likes to shop and paint with her 10-year-old beautiful daughter.

Anna is local to the Virginia Beach area. When she isn’t taking care of your smiles, she loves spending time with her two children.

Kaay is originally from Alabama, but has been a native to Virginia Beach most of her life. Kaay chose orthodontics because she loves to give people confident smiles. In her spare time, she loves to enjoy the beautiful sunsets on the beach or travel with friends and family.

Originally from Frankfurt, Germany, Mello has been in the dental field for 10 years! When she’s not assisting in creating beautiful smiles, you can find her at the beach soaking up the sun with her family and her beloved Doberman, Zeus.

Lanice was born and raised in Williamsburg, VA and has been in the dental field for over 12 years! She loves traveling and spending time with her family.

Christine has been in dentistry for 7 years and has enjoyed every minute of it! When she’s not in the office making patients laugh, she’s enjoying the outdoors with her two amazing dogs Chola and Koda or traveling home to North Carolina to spend time with friends and family.

Carrie comes from Philadelphia (Go Eagles!) She has been with Behl for over 10 years. She enjoys spending time with her sons and grandchildren and taking beautiful photos of the sunset while walking the beach.

When David isn’t working in our orthodontic lab, he is busy as a graphic designer. He also enjoys trying new foods and considers himself a foodie extraordinaire.

Leah is a Dallas native (Go Cowboys!) and moved to Virginia Beach in 2017. She loves taking her dog JoeJoe on long walks and spending time with her nieces and nephews.

Bre is a proud fur mom to her 5 year old Shih Tzu, Diamond. She has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from The Art Institute. Bre loves coming to work and greeting patients with a smile, but when she’s not at work she’s either dancing like no one’s watching or shopping at her favorite stores.

Kassaundra comes from Ocala, FL the sunshine state! She served in the US Navy for 5 years. She is currently in school to become a dental hygienist. She loves to travel the world and try food from all over.

Mady is originally from the Outer Banks and just moved here from Pittsburgh (Go Steelers and Penguins)! You can find her on the mountain with her loved dog, Kiba, or trying all the new restaurants in the area!
