I had an excellent experience at my orthodontist appointment today. Ms. Natalie provided exceptional care , she was personable, hilarious, and consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Her positive energy and professionalism made the entire visit smooth and stress‑free. Outstanding service from start to finish.

Dr. Behl really went above and beyond during my son visit. He took the time to meet with me one-on-one, listened carefully to my concerns, and made sure everything was addressed. I truly appreciated his attention and professionalism—especially knowing how busy he is. Very pleased with my experience!

Lanice was amazing in Yorktown. She did a great adjustment. Her hands are very soft and gentle and she is always so welcoming. She has walked each and every step of the way of my journey. I originally had my braces put on at a different office, but came here today to have them removed—and I’m so glad I did. The team went above and beyond to take care of everything I needed in a single visit, exceeding my expectations in every way.

Behl Orthodontics have been great to me and my daughter. We had a mistake made regarding mailing out her retainer. They took responsibility for it and both the manager Katy and Dr Behl reached out to me directly. They resolved the issue and compensated us for it. Customer service at its highest! Thank you!

Found out about Behl via Instagram, reached out on a Sunday and was contacted on a Monday and completed my exam the very next day. I got the pleasure of working with Mrs. Sharon who was so sweet, so patient and so knowledgeable in explaining everything that she was doing, what treatment looks like for myself, the options of treatment available to me, costs, etc. There was no pressure in making immediate decisions, yet so much support from Mrs. Sharon. The office is so aesthetically pleasing & I will DEFINITELY be starting my second round of braces here!
