Text messaging terms
Last updated October 19, 2026. These terms apply to text messages from Behl Orthodontics, PLLC (“Behl Orthodontics”) sent from or to (757) 224-3004.
What we send
Behl Orthodontics sends appointment reminders, scheduling and confirmation messages, and replies to texts you send us.
If you separately agree to receive them, we may also send occasional promotional messages (such as offers or practice news) and requests to review your visit.
Your consent
By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive appointment-related messages. Promotional messages are sent only with your separate, express consent. Consent to any texts is not a condition of receiving care or of any purchase.

Message frequency varies with your appointments and conversations with our team.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. We will send one message confirming that you have opted out. Reply HELP for help, or call (757) 224-3004.
Opting out of texts does not cancel your appointments; please call us to make changes.
Privacy
Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our website privacy policy.
Text messages are not a secure way to send health details. Please call us or bring questions to your visit instead.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
