Smiles in Progress is the way we plan and guide every treatment at Behl Orthodontics: careful records first, a plan you understand with the full fee in writing, and progress you can see at every step.
What “Smiles in Progress” means
Every smile we treat is a work in progress, from the first check-up to the day your retainers are made. Our job is to plan each stage carefully, explain it in plain language and keep you informed until treatment is complete.
1. Records first
Every plan starts with careful records: an exam of your teeth and bite, digital scans and photos, and X-rays or a 3D CBCT scan when needed. Your orthodontist studies your teeth, jaws, face and airway before recommending anything.
2. A plan in plain language, with the full fee in writing
You see your options, why we recommend one, how long treatment is expected to take and the full fee in writing before you decide. Questions are welcome at every visit, from patients and parents alike.
3. Progress you can see
Your orthodontist checks your progress at regular visits and, where it fits your plan, with remote monitoring between visits. You can be seen at any of our seven offices across Hampton Roads.
4. Finished, and kept that way
When your orthodontist approves your result, your braces or aligners come off, your retainers are made and we celebrate with you. Retention checks help keep your smile where it belongs.
